We do our best to keep cost down, but factors beyond our control can sometimes cause price increases.

We process orders received as quickly as possible, normally shipping within 48 hours.
Wholesale prices are available on certain products. Call for information. Provide us with your Tax ID #.
Website Orders
You can shop 24 hours a day on our online system! For web orders we accept: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards, and checks or money orders.
For check orders, we will hold your online order until your payment has reached our office. Make payments by check or money order in U.S. funds only, payable to Jean’s Greens and send to 26 Mall Way Store 20 West Sand Lake, NY 12196.
Add-ons & Adjustments
If you need assistance with an order that has been submitted through our website - such as an address correction - please call us within an hour of placing your order.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are not able to accept any requests for changes to products or additions to submitted orders. Please review your cart carefully for order accuracy prior to submitting your order.
Cancellations
Requests for cancellations must be submitted within one hour of placing your weborder. All requests for order cancellations received after this time will not be accepted.
Phone Orders
For phone orders, please have your complete order ready along with your credit card information.
We are available for phone orders toll free at 888-845-8327 from 10AM-5PM Eastern Time, Tuesday through Friday and Saturday 10AM-3PM.
We are unable to accept orders left on our voicemail system. If you are unable to reach us, please leave us your name and telephone number and we will call as quickly as possible to assist you.

Mail Orders
If you prefer to order by mail, you may write the items you wish to purchase on a separate piece of paper or on our convenient Order Form. Please include your name, shipping address and telephone number along with what you wish to order. For mail orders we accept personal checks, money orders, and Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. You may also shop online and select “Ck or MO” as your method of payment at checkout. We will hold your online order until your payment has reached our offices. You can make a check or money order in U.S. funds only, payable to Jean’s Greens, 26 Mall Way Store 20 West Sand Lake, NY 12196.
Fax Orders
If you wish to submit an order via fax, please call us to provide your payment information.
You may fax your order to 518-479-0154. You will be contacted by one of our staff to finalize the order before processing.
Please note that Jean’s Greens Herbal Tea Works and Herbal Essentials does not accept any unsolicited advertisements by fax.
Pick Up Hours
If you wish to pick your order up directly at Jean’s Greens, simply mention this when you call or select this as an option in your shopping cart during checkout. Local pickup orders do not incur shipping charges.

Return Policy Information
We want to do everything possible to make your return process smooth and easy. All returns or exchanges need prior authorization. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your package. We can only accept returns on unopened merchandise.
Policy Restrictions
All shipping charges become the sole responsibility of the customer, unless it is the error of Jean’s Greens.
Any refused or non-deliverable packages will be canceled upon receipt and will be subject to a return-shipping fee by the carrier. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount for the products. Original shipping is non-refundable.
Returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging.
We do not accept returns on special orders or custom tea blends.
Please do not return products that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we will not be able to issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.
Discrepancies and Stortages
If you receive your order with any discrepancies or shortages, please contact us immediately.
All discrepancies, shortages, broken merchandise and requests for returns must be made within 10 days of receiving your package. Any requests for compensation or remediation will not be accepted after 10 days.
Shipping and Handling Info
Our shipping fees are based on published UPS or USPS charges.
These fees are determined by package weight, value and the distance from our location in the Eastern US time zone.
We also include a $2.50 handling fee, to cover the costs of packaging.

To our international customers,
Our online shop is currently unable to process international orders. In meantime, we will be happy to assist you through phone or email.
