All prices in our catalog and on this website are subject to change.
We do our best to keep cost down, but factors beyond our control can sometimes cause price increases.

We process orders received as quickly as possible, normally shipping within 48 hours.

Wholesale prices are available on certain products. Call for information. Provide us with your Tax ID #.

  • Online Orders

    You can shop 24 hours a day on our online system! For web orders we accept: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards, and checks or money orders.
    For check orders, we will hold your online order until your payment has reached our office. Make payments by check or money order in U.S. funds only, payable to Jean’s Greens and send to: 26 Mall Way Store 20, West Sand Lake, NY 12196.
  • Phone Orders

    For phone orders, please have your complete order ready along with your credit card information.
    We are available for phone orders at (518)-479-0471 from 10AM-5PM Eastern Time, Tuesday through Friday and Saturday 10AM-2PM.
    We are unable to accept orders left on our voicemail system. If you are unable to reach us, please leave us your name and telephone number and we will call as quickly as possible to assist you.
  • Mail Orders

    If you prefer to order by mail, you may write the items you wish to purchase on a separate piece of paper or on our convenient Order Form.
    Please include your name, shipping address and telephone number along with what you wish to order. You can make a check or money order in U.S. funds only, payable to Jean’s Greens, 26 Mall Way Store 20, West Sand Lake, NY 12196.
  • Pick Up Hours

    If you wish to pick your order up directly at Jean’s Greens, simply mention this when you call or select this as an option in your shopping cart during checkout. Local pickup orders do not incur shipping charges.
    Pick up orders must be placed one business day in advance of pick up time. Feel free to call us to confirm that your order is ready at (518)-479-0471. We look forward to meeting you!
  • Add-ons & Adjustments

    If you need assistance with an order that has been submitted through our website - such as an address correction - please call us within an hour of placing your order.
    We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are not able to accept any requests for changes to products or additions to submitted orders. Please review your cart carefully for order accuracy prior to submitting your order.
  • Cancellations

    Requests for cancellations must be submitted within one hour of placing your Online order. All requests for order cancellations received after this time will not be accepted.
