Shipping & Returns


We process orders received as quickly as possible, normally shipping within 48 hours. Our shipping fees are based on published UPS or USPS charges. These fees are determined by package weight, value and the distance from our location in the Eastern US time zone. We also include a $3.50 handling fee, to cover the costs of packaging.

We want to do everything possible to make your return process smooth and easy. All returns or exchanges need prior authorization. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package. We can only accept returns on unopened merchandise.

Policy Restrictions

All shipping charges become the sole responsibility of the customer, unless it is the error of Jean’s Greens.

Any refused or non-deliverable packages will be canceled upon receipt and will be subject to a return-shipping fee by the carrier. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount for the products. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging.

We do not accept returns on special orders or custom tea blends.

Please do not return products that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we will not be able to issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.

Discrepancies and Stortages

If you receive your order with any discrepancies or shortages, please contact us immediately. All discrepancies, shortages, broken merchandise and requests for returns must be made within 10 days of receiving your package. Any requests for compensation or remediation will not be accepted after 10 days.
